Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied, but, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

If you are unhappy in any way with your merchandise, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Refund Policy

If a refund is necessary because we were unable to fill your order, we will issue a full refund.

If a partial refund is necessary because we were unable to fill part of your order, we will issue a refund for the cost of the missing items plus an adjustment for reduced shipping weight.

If a refund is necessary because you want to cancel your order of your own accord, we will issue a full refund less a small "restock" fee equal to %3 + $0.20.
